    HI All,

Checking to see who has any (or all) of their Staff using personal cell phones to access school email systems? Is anyone using two factor authentication requiring Staff to use their person cell phones as part of the authentication process?? Do you have any policies in place ??

    Thanks for any feedback

    Hi Tom,

We allow our users to put their district email on their personal devices, but they must accept the security message and put a 6 digit security code on their device.  The console forces them to do this.  We put an email message out about it awhile ago.  I will dig it up.

    Thanks!

    Rose
