Google Apps for Education / Android For Work

    Hey all,

We are starting a small, 16-tablet pilot program.  I'm interested in how districts are managing settings and apps on Android tablets.  This small pilot is going to be a lot of configuration, even for the small number of devices we have.  If we go big, then a large deployment is going to be unmanageable.

As always, thanks in advance for anything you can offer.

    Justin,

We have iPads here at St. Andrew's but the tool I use also has an android product.  It's called TabPilot and it's rather cost effective.

This allows us to push apps as well as a bunch of other things.  I like it for MDM over some of the bigger players, as it's designed for schools so it doesn't have a lot of features a school would probably never use.

    Matt
