Meraki system for managing devices

What are districts using to manage their devices. We have used Meraki's free version to manage our iPad deployment, but now it is very unreliable. I have tried to contact our Meraki rep to purchase a full version, hoping this would stop the apps from wandering onto iPads that they shouldn't be on, but have had no response.

    1) Does anyone have a Meraki sales rep?  What is their name and contact information?

    2) If you use another device management system, what is it?

Thank you for any assistance with this!

In Burrillville, we use Airwatch MDM for our iOS devices.  It's hit-or-miss.  I haven't had the time to buckle down and really get it to work well for me.

We use Airwatch as well at Saint Ray's. More complicated than it needs to be. I will be trying Lightspeed.

    Thx.

We are using Tabpilot at St. Andrew's.  It's specifically designed for schools, much simpler than the others I've toyed with.

I used FileWave at Lincoln School, and now at Warwick we're going to review a number of them to see what works best. AirWatch, Absolute, Casper are all good ones for edu. This is a good site to compare features, a bit outdated but still useful:
