Hi,

Can anyone share the process they use in Google for the School Committee members to receive their documents for the meetings? We've thought about using Shared folders, a Group, or a Classroom. Looking for advice.

Hi Denise

We have used a combination of Drive folders and Sites to setup a secure School Committee Portal. We have been using it for about a year to distribute documents and packets to members, organize resources, and even publish minutes, agendas and audio recordings to our public website.
