School Committee Meeting Broadcasts

I've been asked to explore options for broadcasting our town's School Committee meetings on our local cable channel.  Has anyone done this?  Any vendors you would recommend?  Any pitfalls you came across?

Internet streaming may be another option - anyone have experience with a streaming solution?

    We use IQM2.  http://www.iqm2.com

In addition to the streaming portion, they also offer meeting automation and streamlining.  It has saved our clerk countless hours.  Every meeting is on the web and available for searching.

We are old school here in Cumberland. We record the meetings and post to our YouTube Channel and attach the agenda and link to the secretary of state for the minutes. We also send a copy to the library as well as public broadcast that is aired twice a week.

What is the cost of that service. They also use this service on our town side.
